Definitions
- Contract: This refers to the agreement between EGOShoppe and the customer, which outlines these terms and conditions. An agreement is formed only when your order is received, processed, and confirmed by EGOShoppe.
- We/Us: Refers to NurDigital Sdn Bhd, a registered company in Malaysia.
- You: Refers to the individual, company, organization, or firm making a purchase.
Payment Terms
a. Payment Requirement: Payment must be made in full when placing an order.
b. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay
- E-wallets, bank transfers via iPay88, and other secure payment processors.
All payment transactions are encrypted using 128-bit encryption and processed through a secure server.
If you prefer not to provide card details online, you may opt to print your order and send it by post or fax using the contact details provided.
Limitation of Liability
EGOShoppe’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods and services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
EGOShoppe will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to
- Strikes, riots, wars, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics.
- Issues with transportation or telecommunications networks.
- Acts of any government or regulatory authority.
During such events, EGOShoppe will make every reasonable effort to fulfill our obligations under the contract.
Ownership and Responsibility
- Once goods are delivered, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Ownership of the goods remains with EGOShoppe until full payment is received. If payment is not completed, EGOShoppe reserves the right to request the return of the goods.
Severability
If any term or provision in this contract is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid and enforceable
