Order Processing & Shipping
At EGOShoppe, we strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days of receiving them. If you place your order before 6:00 PM (GMT+8:00) on a weekday, it will typically be shipped within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons (e.g., festive periods), please expect potential delays. We will communicate with you promptly if your order is delayed, particularly for pre-order items or popular products that may be out of stock.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Occasionally, shipping charges may be waived or reduced during specific promotional periods, including the use of discount codes or other promotional offers.
Delivery Timeframe
For orders within Malaysia, delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days from the order processing date. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and subject to courier services.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is not received within 15 business days of shipment, it will be considered lost. While most orders arrive within the expected time frame, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or disruptions to courier services. EGOShoppe is unable to process a replacement until this period has elapsed or until the courier service confirms the loss of the parcel.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be required to cover the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. EGOShoppe is not liable for any loss of goods caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, EGOShoppe ships only within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we will notify you if this changes in the future.
Return Shipping Costs
EGOShoppe will cover the return shipping costs when a product is eligible for exchange or refund. However, the return shipping fees are not refundable, nor can they be converted into cash or used as a discount toward the product price.
