Exclusions & Unsupported Claims
The warranty provided by EGOShoppe is valid only for claims arising from damages that occur under regular and intended use of the product. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damages that do not result from manufacturing defects or workmanship.
- Damages caused by negligence, improper handling, unsafe use, or misuse (whether intentional or accidental).
- Damages caused by external events such as natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, etc.).
- Product theft, loss, or unauthorized modifications.
- Claims based on products that are not deemed defective.
EGOShoppe shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow the provided instructions, or use outside of the product’s intended guidelines.
Steps to File a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact EGOShoppe’s Customer Care via email at [email protected].
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). Claims without proof of purchase will not be processed.
- Upon receipt of your claim, we may request additional documentation, such as photographs or videos of the product, to assist in the evaluation.
- EGOShoppe reserves the right to attempt repairs before authorizing an exchange or refund. This ensures that any issues are resolved efficiently.
- If the claim is valid, and the warranty period has not expired, EGOShoppe will replace the product at no additional cost.
