Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

2. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. The item must be unused and in original condition, including packaging.

Refund Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of its status.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

1. After inspection, if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or other payment platforms).

2. Depending on your payment provider or card issuer’s policies, the refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs

1. EGOShoppe will cover return shipping costs when a refund or exchange is requested, provided the return meets the criteria outlined above

2. Shipping costs for returns cannot be converted into cash or applied as a discount on the product price.

3. Orders placed within Malaysia will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once the refund process is initiated, EGOShoppe will bear the cost of return shipping, regardless of your location.

Important Notes

Administrative Fees:

A nominal administrative fee of 20% of the transaction amount will be deducted from the refund value. This fee covers handling and processing costs.

Out-of-Stock Products:

If the product is out of stock at the time of the return, the refund will be calculated based on the retail price at the time of purchase, and the administrative fee will be applied accordingly.
